Source record and estimates
HISTORY.md — coverage review (Sept 30)
# Complete-property coverage review — September 30, 2026
This is a source-based visual reconstruction. Source-covered spaces are represented and checked below; repeated templates are not proof that every unit is identical.
| Requirement | Current representation | Remaining evidence gap |
|---|---|---|
| Buildings and floors | Two measured 132.5-foot wings, 9.375-foot core; three stories; 30 study positions | Operational unit IDs and third-floor plan not supplied; third floor repeats second |
| Interior spaces | Three bedrooms, three full baths, powder, laundry, mechanical-door view and three closets per study unit | Equipment inside mechanical closet not shown in source; A101 floor-one positions 3/8 flagged; clearance hatching is not as-built accessibility verification |
| Dimensions/layout | Native DNG written dimension crops, recovered end/mid depths and unequal bays | Some X anchors/door widths inferred; conflicting roof-bearing datum unresolved |
| Appearance | Video exterior, official gallery living/kitchen/bath/laundry; modeled trim, boards, galleries and fittings | Gallery appears to show a staged unit; colors/furniture not a unit-by-unit inventory; mirror reflections simplified |
| Parking/drives/walks | Supplied aerial and direct Google Maps satellite/Street View; corrected entrance-right site orientation | Exact stall count/widths, island contours, parcel line and grades remain approximate |
| Landscaping | Front beds, street islands, rear islands/tree rows, service grass/mulch island | Species, exact sizes and placement need closer reference comparison |
| Shared amenities | Gates, stairs, galleries/patios, dumpster, grounds and adjacent public path | Awaiting confirmation of any other shared spaces |
| Explore/walkthrough | Orbit/pan/zoom, floor/unit isolation, exterior views; eye-level drag-look, keys/touch movement and room/site jump menu | Stair ascent not simulated; select floor to change stories; closed doors require choosing a room |
| Delivery | Editable geometry, GLB/OBJ, hosted viewer, fillable source-comparison and review PDFs | Fresh physical-phone validation and independent OBJ-app check remain unverified |
## Sources inspected in this pass
Original DNG plan crops and existing source record; fresh IMG_4920.MOV 0:22/1:32; Google Maps satellite and December 2025 Street View at 1901 1st St; official First and Main gallery living room, kitchen and bathroom images (September 30, 2026). No red handwritten proposals.
## Walkthrough and finish improvements
Eye-level menu exposes 16 anchors per study unit, plus six ground-level site locations. Rays at eye, torso and leg heights prevent walking through visible modeled surfaces; it is a visual navigation aid, not a surveyed accessibility simulation. Photos support white interior window casing/blinds, grayer wood-look flooring, recessed ceiling fixtures/vents and bathroom mirror frames/chrome hardware. Their spacing and repeated assignments are representative estimates.
## Floor-plan correction pass
First/second-floor opposite-hand unit pattern was rechecked against all four native wing crops and corrected for positions 7–9. A111 enlarged bathroom and mechanical details now inform fixture arrangement and end-unit width. Third floor remains assumed; operational IDs and as-built accessibility remain unverified.
## Shared room and parking reconciliation — September 30, 2026
A101 ground-floor center passage points to detail 9/A111: Storage / Sprinkler Room 120. Added only the ground-floor enclosure and double doors. A111 brick-face dimensions read 5′8″ × 9′11″; placement uses the A101 28′5¾″ chain as an approximate anchor. Height, finish, door split and built condition are unverified; no sprinkler equipment invented. Room is available in the whole-property walkthrough.
Supplied satellite image shows three narrow rear-fence planting fingers, two inner fingers and two short center-passage planters. Replaced the prior repeated five-island rows and moved their planting together. Sizes and coordinates remain aerial estimates; no certified stall count. Rear stripes now start beyond the rear sidewalk, avoid planting and leave the center approach clear. Front/opposite markings no longer cross the modeled islands. Video frames 040/060/095 support black picket fencing, concrete and planted curbs; gate mechanism/dimensions remain approximate.
## Walkthrough framing correction
Kitchen/living starts now use clear floor positions and face the full room in either unit orientation. All 60 starts checked against body-height geometry with 0.35-foot clearance; local normal and mirrored views inspected. Geometry remains site-19; viewer revision walk-20.
## Interior video cabinet pass — September 30, 2026
Local archived “First and Main-Interior” video, uploader Carson palmer, uploaded December 23, 2020, YouTube ID rUN7dqi8W-U (53 seconds). Inspected 4-second contact sequence and kitchen at 20 seconds. It corroborates the gallery's gray framed cabinet fronts, metal knobs/pulls, refrigerator upper cabinets, crown trim and tapered decorative hood. These details now appear in the model. Profiles, heights and cabinet divisions are visual estimates repeated across the template units; this single historical tour does not verify present-day finishes in all 30 units. Original A111 layout remains controlling. Staged furniture remains illustrative. The video is distinct from the user-supplied exterior drive-by IMG_4920.MOV. No video or source frames included in public download.
## Rear parking row ends — September 30, 2026
Rechecked supplied satellite image against current site geometry, with exterior frames 040/060/095 for concrete, fencing and curb character. Added two broad rear-row end planting islands and soil/curb strips beneath existing end-wall shrubs. Shortened the right-side parking stripe run to the visible side row rather than extending it to the rear fence. Removed rear-inner stripes through the new end islands. Locations, contours and stall dimensions are aerial estimates, not a certified parking schedule; no species or additional trees inferred. Owner entrance-right/exit-left/dumpster-back-left orientation preserved.
## Current delivery audit — September 30, 2026
Geometry site-22: 51,143 meshes, 481 anchors, 30 unit groups. Runtime walk-23 corrects the primary-bedroom starting point, which previously intersected the illustrative bed. All 480 room starts checked against the current geometry at body height with a 0.15-foot margin; no starting overlaps remain. Clear starts do not certify walkable accessibility widths. Normal primary-bedroom view inspected.
Source-covered scope is represented: two wings and core, three floors, all A111 room types, front/rear galleries, stairs, roof, ground-floor storage/sprinkler enclosure, parking/drives/walks, gates/fence, dumpster and landscaping. Current scene contains 90 bath surrounds, 30 powder vanities, 60 laundry machine windows and 16 room/entry/patio anchors per study unit. Dimensions 274.375 by 50.75 feet and floor rise 11.583333 feet match the recovered written readings.
The current 16-view fillable PDF v8 has 32 editable fields and 16 live-model links, rendered/visually checked; first/last notes tested for saved-value persistence. Its site-22 screenshots include all latest geometry and kitchen details. The primary-bedroom camera-only change does not alter those captured views. Earlier PDFs remain unchanged for annotations.
Evidence limits remain part of the deliverable: third-floor repetition, some wall/opening/roof dimensions, site contours/stall dimensions/grades, plant species and cabinet profiles are estimates. Actual operational IDs, installed accessibility fittings and storage/mechanical equipment inventories are unverified. No unseen equipment or amenities are asserted. GLB/OBJ carry solid colors; browser textures/lighting are viewer-only. No physical-phone or independent OBJ-application verification is claimed.
HISTORY.md — fidelity audit (Sept 30 – Oct 1)
# First and Main full-property rendering audit - September 30, 2026
The deliverable is an interactive visual reconstruction from the supplied drawings, satellite screenshot, exterior drive-by and website photos. It is not a surveyed as-built or construction model.
| Requirement | Current evidence |
| --- | --- |
| Entire property model | scene.json contains both 132.5-foot wings, central 9.375-foot core, three floors/30 study units, front/rear galleries, end/core stairs, roof, parking court, both side drives, public street context and rear lawn/path. Current overview/site renders inspected. |
| Plans and original high-resolution files | Native DNG crop center-chain.jpg directly reads 274 feet 4.5 inches overall and 9 feet 4.5 inches core; these match current generated dimensions. elevation-heights.jpg reads floor datums 11 feet 7 inches/23 feet 2 inches, matching model. Further written unit dimensions are catalogued in RECOVERED-DIMENSIONS.md. |
| Colors and architectural detail | Video frames 15/40/85/100 compared with front/end/rear/entrance views: variegated red-brown brick, dark window frames, gray-green structural steel, timber rear privacy screens, dark gray-green canopy underside, black fence, burgundy dumpster and green cabinet represented. Black rails follow user correction over earlier video color interpretation. |
| Metal fence, entrance and exit | Current scene and separate gate renders contain black pickets, post caps, two braced vehicle gates, operators and continuous concrete gate aprons. Front gallery rails remain separate from the boundary fence. Entrance sign/tree/cabinet follow 0:40. |
| Sidewalks and parking | Concrete front/rear walks with joints, pale concrete rear/side parking with saw cuts, rear yellow and accessible blue markings, traffic arrows, front paver parking and curved street are present. Materials and joins checked in scene and close renders. Paver pattern scaled to about 8 by 4 inch bricks. |
| Landscaping | Front foundation planting, street curb islands, rear outer trees and shrubs, rear inner planted/curbed islands, entrance tree and end foundation beds represented; clear drive lanes inspected. Plant heights/species/spacing remain inferred. |
| Rear living/patio orientation | Current 30 living labels all lie in rear half of building. Floor 2 mirrored end-unit Living/Plan and floor 3 checked; rear facade has living-room patio openings. |
| Ignore red markings | build.py/unit_plan.py use clean drawing readings; no handwritten-red proposals were introduced. Current edits touch only source-supported site details, material handling and views. |
| Interactive viewer and sharing | Local desktop exterior views and floor/unit/site/roof/furniture/label/reset controls exercised without browser errors. Existing Vercel project and canonical alias are updated after packaging. Hosted archive verified by byte hash. |
| Exports | 43,908 mesh GLB reopened in separate browser renderer; generated geometry has finite coordinates/valid face references. Base colors converted from sRGB to linear for glTF to prevent washed-out export paint. OBJ/MTL included; OBJ not reopened in an independent modeling app. Procedural viewer textures/light effects remain browser-only. |
| Review PDF | v6 has ten current model views, 20 editable form fields and direct live-model links; PDF pages rendered and checked. Prior review PDFs preserved. |
## Limits
The drawings have a one-foot conflict between roof-bearing label and vertical chain; model retains explicit chain. Roof height/opening schedules, third-floor repetition, accessible-unit differences, equipment inventory, site grades and measured fence/dumpster/plant dimensions are not certified. Exact parcel boundaries and plant species are not provided. These limits are disclosed in the viewer/source notes rather than portrayed as measured facts. Nearby rail trestle, cars, residents and temporary belongings are not part of the modeled property.
Desktop verification is current. Phone-sized capture tools produced inconsistent viewport images; emulation was reset and this pass does not claim fresh physical-phone verification. Prior responsive checks are recorded separately in SOURCE-RECORD.md.
## Owner orientation correction
Entrance is on the right, exit on the left, and dumpster at the back-left corner, viewed from the street facing the building. This supersedes earlier east/west labels and satellite equipment placement guesses. Entrance sign/cabinet/tree moved together; building/unit orientation preserved.
## Curb and finish pass, owner request
Frame 090 supports dark weathered dumpster boards/black uprights, white/red notice and adjacent tree/light island. Frames 060/095/100 support continuous rear fence curb and rounded island noses. Added raised beveled curbs with interrupted gate access, warmer aged concrete, muted lawn and less uniform foundation shrubs. Sizes remain image-based estimates; owner street-facing gate/dumpster orientation retained.
## September 30 direct Maps and original-video correction
Prior detail-pass checks did not establish accurate site orientation. Direct Google Maps satellite and December 2025 Street View inspection exposed a mirrored site: moving only gate labels and equipment had left the roadway bend, drive outlines, islands and paths on the wrong sides. The full traced site geometry is now reflected consistently relative to the street-facing building; entrance right, exit left and dumpster back-left follow the owner.
Fresh original IMG_4920.MOV frames at 0:22 and 1:32 support darker gallery/canopy metal, brown dumpster boards with black uprights and white/red notice, a grass/mulch service island, and a paired-head light. Street View supports block paving across the street, planted breaks and double-yellow roadway lines. These visible corrections are implemented; island sizes, gate/screen dimensions, plant species and exact site grades remain estimates. The source-comparison PDF pairs actual Maps/video evidence with current rendered views, rather than claiming an exact surveyed match.
The current GLB has 43,908 meshes. Desktop verification and local PDF checks apply to this pass; fresh physical-phone and independent OBJ-app checks remain unverified. Source screenshots and video frames are kept out of the public download.
## Eye-level walkthrough and interior-photo pass
Rechecked official gallery living/kitchen/bath images. Added white interior window casing/closed pale blinds, grayer floor finish, representative recessed lights/vents, dark bathroom mirror frames and chrome faucets/rails/pulls. Locations and repetitions remain estimates. The viewer now has room/site eye-level exploration, drag-look, keys/touch movement and geometry blocking. Floor selector changes stories; closed doors are crossed using the space menu. Sixteen anchors per unit separate laundry, powder and closets. Current scene: 49,368 meshes and 480 labels. The coverage review (now in HISTORY.md) identifies broader scope and unresolved source gaps; this pass does not certify all unit variants or exact site measurements.
## Current pass — A101/A111 reconciliation
49,278 meshes and 480 room anchors. Corrected east-wing positions 7–9 on the two sourced floors; third floor repeats that arrangement explicitly. Door-side lanterns and walkthrough cameras follow the same orientation. Corrected bath 2 and primary fixture walls, primary vanity width, and end mechanical width. Removed unsupported floating primary towel rails. Checked every bathroom fixture against partition bounds.
First-floor positions 3/8 carry their printed accessibility designation; source clearance hatching does not verify as-built installations. No unsupported accessibility fixtures or partition revisions were invented.
Local checks: floor-one position 8 plan/primary bath/bath 2, floor-two position 7 plan, floor-three position 9 kitchen, front and rear elevations. GLB reopened at 49,278 meshes. Narrow 390 × 844 viewport checked; backward button moves 0.2 feet. No browser warnings/errors. No physical-phone or independent OBJ-app check.

Photos are perspective-distorted and text is not uniformly legible. No orthorectified, surveyed, or dimensionally certified trace was performed. Front/rear orientation corrected per Carson: living/kitchen spaces face the rear patios and bedrooms face the front. Opening sizes and exact locations remain estimated. Third-floor units repeat the second-floor pattern. Accessibility/end-unit differences are simplified.
## Website photo refinement — September 30, 2026
Primary source: [First & Main public website and gallery](https://www.firstandmaincondos.com/). Viewed exterior entry, whole exterior, balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry and the published unit floor plan.
Photo-supported details: varied red/brown/orange brick; charcoal round columns, fascia, exposed joists and decorative spindle collars; wood glazed paneled entries; segmental brick arches; gray window frames/panels; pale warm walls with white crown trim; gray raised-panel cabinetry and hood; pale speckled granite-style counters; white subway backsplash; stainless/black appliances; wood-look floors, white fans and stacked white laundry.
The exterior photo shows straight sloping/stepped parapet crowns. The model uses stepped/gabled silhouettes and omits the earlier curved crowns and circular medallions shown in drawing interpretation. This is a photo-based interpretation of the photographed facade, not proof that every facade is identical.
The website states three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Its unit plan shows three full baths plus laundry/powder. Corrected the earlier two-full-bath reconstruction by splitting the left bathroom zone into two baths. Room boundaries, fixtures and door positions are approximate; this is not a measured trace. Selected gallery interiors may not represent all units or their current finishes.
Furniture and its placement remain illustrative. Generated material textures approximate photographed finishes rather than using measured or calibrated color samples. Rear facade openings, third-floor repetition and inferred unit variations remain unverified. No interior photographs establish exact dimensions or clearances.
## Satellite update — September 30, 2026
Supplied screenshot `Screenshot 2026-09-30 at 10.07.46 AM.png` shows the roof and surrounding site. Its 100-foot scale bar spans approximately 245 screenshot pixels (~2.45 px/ft). The two visible roof wings together span roughly 675 pixels, consistent with the drawing-based 274-foot model length. Alignment uses the shared wing corners and center gap. This is a manual image-based approximation, not a survey or GIS georeferencing.
The screenshot supersedes the earlier proposed pitched roof surface and landscape. The visible light roof is modeled nearly flat/low-slope behind the retained drawing-based parapets. Roof equipment blocks are placeholders; their height/type is not established. The earlier pitched surface was an unsupported interpretation of the elevation profiles, which also describe parapets.
Added approximate rear parking (roughly 70 feet beyond the rear wall), drives at both ends, front/opposite angled street parking, sidewalks, rear open grass and perimeter paths. Parking stripe spacing and planter dimensions are estimates. Trees from the earlier proposal were removed. No exact stall count, legal parking geometry, parcel ownership, compass bearing, bridge construction, surveyed slopes, plant species or present-day condition is established. Building front faces the street at the bottom of the supplied image; compass north was not verified. Interior estimates and third-floor/rear-facade limits remain unchanged.
## User-confirmed orientation correction — September 30, 2026
Carson confirms every living room belongs at the back and opens onto a back patio. Reversed all 30 template interiors along building depth, including partitions, fixtures, furnishings and labels. Living/patio doors now open through the rear facade onto the rear gallery/patio strip; front corridor entries remain on the street side. Interior camera positions and targets follow the corrected rooms. Exact patio divisions, entry openings and room dimensions remain approximate. This correction overrides the earlier front-living/rear-bedroom interpretation.
## Metal perimeter fence — September 30, 2026
User requested a realistic metal gate around the property. The official website confirms gated access; supplied photos do not establish the complete fence footprint, gate positions or measured height. Model uses a provisional 5½-foot charcoal metal picket fence around the building and rear parking court, excluding the broad rear grassy area, public street and on-street parking. Two closed double-leaf vehicle gates span the existing end driveways; a single pedestrian gate aligns with the central walkway. Their positions, exact widths and fence boundary are estimates awaiting confirmation. Square posts, three rails, narrow pickets, capped posts, concrete footings, hinges, latch and drop bolts use restrained construction proportions. No invented security devices or ornamental motifs. Fence belongs to the Site layer and is included in mesh exports.
## Native-plan dimension detail pass — September 30, 2026
Rechecked original 8064×6048 DNG files and both clean JPG elevations rather than resized previews. [RECOVERED-DIMENSIONS.md](RECOVERED-DIMENSIONS.md) lists written readings, model use and remaining conflicts. Rebuilt the typical-unit interior with end/mid room-depth variants, central circulation, three full bathrooms, primary closet, two side-bedroom closets, separate mechanical/laundry/powder spaces, R3-foot bedroom corner and R1½-foot closet/counter corners. Kitchens now use two-foot cabinet depths and four-foot working aisles. Door openings include headers; furniture and cameras follow the new boundaries. Corrected wing lengths, center gap, floor spacing, galleries and stair runs. Earlier generic partition reconstruction is superseded by this pass.
Roof datum conflict: the printed 32′ 2″ bearing label disagrees with 23′ 2″ third floor + 10′ top-story increment. This pass follows the explicit vertical dimension chain (33′ 2″ bearing + provisional 16″ joist depth); it does not certify the actual roof elevation. The bay/stud chain also has a ¼-inch reconciliation discrepancy. X wall anchors, openings, accessible-unit exceptions, third-floor repetition, actual unit IDs and site/fence details remain estimates. No red revision or original source photo is published.
## Walkthrough exterior refinement — IMG_4920.MOV
Source: Carson's 106-second, 3840×2160 HEVC video (portrait display after rotation). Extracted 22 local frames at five-second intervals. The clip drives around the exterior; it does not establish interior finishes or dimensions. Local screenshots are under sources/walkthrough and excluded from public deployment.
Observed: 0:15–0:35 red/brown variegated masonry, pale mortar, gray-green gallery steel, exposed joists, round columns with collars, wood/glass doors, tall dark window frames with lower inset panels, wall lanterns and paired ornamental streetlights. 0:50 and 1:40 show tall end-wall windows and metal switchback stairs. 1:05–1:25 show rear horizontal brown timber dividers, string lights, covered patios and blue accessible parking marks. 1:35 shows black perimeter pickets and capped posts.
Applied: revised brick palette and separate gallery/fence metal finishes; real end-wall openings; inset window panels/blinds and corrected exterior door glazing visibility; privacy-board geometry; column collars/plates; canopy undersides/joists; lanterns, bulbs and string lights; ball post caps and pointed fence pickets; gate operators; concrete/paver surface textures; yellow/blue parking markings and accessible symbols. Street detail and Rear patios camera presets added. Lamps/partitions are representative repeated details, not a fixture inventory. Their dimensions/placements, side window locations, legal parking configuration, vegetation and fence boundaries remain estimates. No residents, vehicles, plates, flags, pet, temporary possessions or source video pixels are reproduced in public model assets.
Native-plan dimensions and rear living orientation remain unchanged. Red drawing revisions remain excluded. Video observations supersede the early inference that end walls lack windows and that the rear facade has no photo evidence. Roof bearing discrepancy remains unresolved.
The east-end First · Main sign is shallow extruded serif lettering in geometry (not a billboard), visible in End view. Sign size/location are approximate.
Walkthrough validation: 44,155 meshes checked for finite coordinates, valid faces/materials and GLB node/buffer bounds. All 30 study layouts preserve rear living orientation. Checked 24 end-wall windows and 288 privacy boards. Actual viewer inspected front/Street detail, rear/Rear patios, End/sign, Fence, Floor 1 Living, Floor 2 mirrored end plan and Floor 3. Roof/site/furniture toggles and reset exercised. 390×844 narrow browser tested with collapsible controls and Rear patios. Exported GLB reopened in browser: 44,155 meshes/meters, no warning/error logs. Browser textures/emissive lights remain viewer effects; exports carry geometry/base colors.
## Exterior accuracy corrections from drive-by — 2026-09-30
This supersedes the earlier front fence and rear ground-floor railing assumptions. Frames 0:15–0:25 show the gray gallery rail at the sidewalk with no separate black fence across the street facade. Black picket fencing and gates remain at the side entries and rear court boundary; their exact footprint remains estimated. Frames 1:15–1:25 show open ground-floor rear patios, with timber unit dividers and upstairs guardrails. Removed rear ground-floor guardrails and below-grade gallery support beams. Gray metal fascia now wraps the upper gallery and canopy slab edges. Frame 0:45 supports a diagonal brace on the black access gate; leaf sizes/operation remain approximate. End lettering corrected to “First & Main” using frame 0:15. No interior layouts or drawing dimensions changed.
Also corrected the gallery’s painted gray-green metal response (previous material rendered nearly black), added the visible arched window head panels, and replaced the front parking band’s asphalt finish with the paver finish seen at 0:15. These finish assignments follow visual evidence, not a measured paint specification.
The prior warm timber canopy underside was unsupported: replaced it with the pale underside visible at 1:15. Added neutral rear fill light so the painted rear gallery is readable; lighting is illustrative and does not represent a specific time of day.
Removed the unsupported end-wall brick belt that crossed the second-floor windows; video shows those windows unobstructed. Party walls now stop inside the facade thickness to prevent visible white surface overlap.
## Site and planting refinement — 2026-09-30
Video 0:15 shows a narrow shrub bed between the front gallery and pedestrian sidewalk, paver parking and raised concrete island curbs. The earlier sidewalk overlapped the gallery/bed; separated these surfaces and added slab joints. Replaced cubic planting placeholders with branched, leaf-cluster shrubs and young trees: front foundation strip, street islands, end foundation beds and rear outer islands. Rear island tree/curb pattern follows 1:00 and the satellite. Species, exact positions, mature heights and bed dimensions remain visual estimates. No new trees placed in access drives. Open rear lawn and perimeter trail remain based on satellite; terrain is still level and unsurveyed.
## PDF review corrections - September 30
User confirmed black front railings, concrete parking, front landscaping and both vehicle gates plus dumpster. Front railing material corrected independently of structural columns. Rear/side parking uses pale concrete with visible saw cuts; street pavers retained. Burgundy dumpster and brown enclosure follow walkthrough 1:30; size and rear-west placement estimated from video and satellite. Gate controls identify east entrance and west exit inferred from drive route; exact gate dimensions and landscaping remain approximate.
## Full-property evidence audit - September 30
Entrance gate signage, green utility cabinet and adjacent tree follow walkthrough 0:40. Low planting in rear inner islands and directional yellow arrows follow 1:00-1:25. Dumpster moved 14 feet toward building: screenshot scale ~2.45 px/ft and roof front y~836 place dumpster center near x=-168 feet/z=104 feet; model enclosure center (-171,104). This is manual image calibration, not a surveyed location. Rail black follows Carson's correction over earlier inferred gray rails; structural columns/fascia retain gray-green finish. Front paver texture tightened to about 8 by 4 inch bricks. Portable GLB color factors now converted from sRGB to linear as required by Khronos glTF 2.0 (https://registry.khronos.org/glTF/specs/2.0/glTF-2.0.html#materialpbrmetallicroughnessbasecolorfactor); previously exported paint colors were washed out. Browser textures remain separate from GLB mesh/base colors.
## Owner orientation correction
Entrance is on the right, exit on the left, and dumpster at the back-left corner, viewed from the street facing the building. This supersedes earlier east/west labels and satellite equipment placement guesses. Entrance sign/cabinet/tree moved together; building/unit orientation preserved.
## Curb and finish pass, owner request
Frame 090 supports dark weathered dumpster boards/black uprights, white/red notice and adjacent tree/light island. Frames 060/095/100 support continuous rear fence curb and rounded island noses. Added raised beveled curbs with interrupted gate access, warmer aged concrete, muted lawn and less uniform foundation shrubs. Sizes remain image-based estimates; owner street-facing gate/dumpster orientation retained.
## Direct Google Maps and original-video audit
September 30: opened First and Main at 1901 1st St, Northport on Google Maps (place coordinates 33.2155403,-87.5765513), inspected satellite and December 2025 Street View from 106 Main Ave. Fresh original MOV frames at 0:22 and 1:32 confirm dark gray-green gallery structure, block-paved opposite parking, dumpster island lawn/mulch and twin-head pole. Found prior aerial trace was horizontally reversed in the street-facing world axes: corrected whole site, drive outlines, road bend, curbs/islands, lamps/accessible markings, perimeter and paths together; retained owner's world-coordinate dumpster corner. Relocated entrance sign within corrected right gate and exit camera within left gate. Added yellow centerline and corrected opposite pavers. This supersedes earlier claims of full site validation; precise site dimensions still estimated.
## Eye-level walkthrough and interior-photo pass
Rechecked official gallery living/kitchen/bath images. Added white interior window casing/closed pale blinds, grayer floor finish, representative recessed lights/vents, dark bathroom mirror frames and chrome faucets/rails/pulls. Locations and repetitions remain estimates. The viewer now has room/site eye-level exploration, drag-look, keys/touch movement and geometry blocking. Floor selector changes stories; closed doors are crossed using the space menu. Sixteen anchors per unit separate laundry, powder and closets. Current scene: 49,368 meshes and 480 labels. The coverage review (now in HISTORY.md) identifies broader scope and unresolved source gaps; this pass does not certify all unit variants or exact site measurements.
## A101/A111 reconciliation — September 30, 2026
Native 8064 × 6048 DNG crops confirm normal orientation at study positions 1–4 and 6; opposite orientation at 5 and 7–10 on both supplied floors. Corrected positions 7–9, their exterior lanterns and all matching room cameras. Third-floor repetition remains an explicit assumption.
A111 enlarged plans show bath 2 fixtures opposite bath 1, with the primary vanity and toilet side-by-side against the rear bathroom wall. These are now reflected in the model, with a 3′7″ primary vanity and the end-unit 3′1″ mechanical enclosure. Fixture dimensions not individually scheduled remain approximations. Removed a representative primary towel rail that had no supporting wall at its location.
A101 identifies first-floor positions 3 and 8 as meeting accessibility requirements. A111 hatching depicts approach/clearance areas; it is not evidence for invented wall changes or installed grab bars. Those units are identified in the viewer, but actual accessibility and any field alterations remain unverified. Crops are kept locally in the project tmp directory.
## 1st Street frontage, entrance and exit (goal step 1) — October 1, 2026
Google Maps satellite (2026 imagery, zoom 20) was captured as a 13-tile mosaic and registered to the A101 footprint: front roof edges fit to 0.36 ft RMS, east end 0.31 ft, using the Web-Mercator ground scale (0.410 ft per pixel). The building's long axis runs 71° (east-northeast); the street front faces 341° (north-northwest). Earlier view labels that called the front "South" were wrong and now read "Front · 1st St" and "Rear court".
Rebuilt from that registration and December 2025 Street View: 1st Street (two lanes, 23.5 ft between edge lines, centre line 42 ft from the facade, within about 1° of parallel), the bend into Main Avenue (42 ft centreline radius, estimated from the curb arcs), herringbone brick-paver angled stalls on both sides (about 14.5 ft deep), six curbed island beds in the stall bands, end bulbs, the front walk and foundation bed, the north walk and pine-straw strip, and seven double-lantern streetlamps with banners (north side from pole shadows, building side from Street View bearings). The entrance (west, on the right from the street) is a concrete apron from the bend to an X-braced vehicle gate about 15 ft behind the curb, with a pedestrian gate beside it, a keypad on a gooseneck post, a conical evergreen in a curbed lawn island, a green pad-mounted transformer and the "First & Main Condominiums" sign board on the fence. The exit (east, on the left) is a concrete throat and apron with DO NOT ENTER signs on both sides, a gray-green utility cabinet with two pedestals, and the gate on the diagonal east fence about 30 ft in. The front, west and east fence lines follow the satellite.
Estimates: positions are about ±2 ft; the bend radius, sign text, lamp heights (taken from the matching Main Avenue fixtures measured for The Station), banner design, cabinet and plant sizes are visual estimates. Some stall stripes in the building's shadow were inferred from the visible spacing (10.4 ft). The rear court, inner drives, dumpster and rear fence are still the September 30 approximate trace; they are goal step 2. Satellite and Street View images stay local and are not in the download.
## Rear court, inner drives and dumpster (goal step 2) — October 1, 2026
Re-traced on the registered satellite (same mosaic, about ±2 ft) and checked against the drive-by video (0:40–1:45). The court is concrete from the rear walk to a curb and fence about 130 ft behind the front face, running from the west drive (x −205) to the diagonal east fence. Inner row (along the rear walk, 63.75–84 ft): four curbed islands (x −81…−71, −17…−6, 4…15, 74…83), two hatched access aisles seen from above (x −63…−56 and 24…28.5) with blue accessible stalls beside them, and a curbed west-end bed with two trees. Outer row (along the rear fence, 106–130 ft): three tree islands (x −111…−100, −12…−3, 72…84). East end: the curved lawn island at the end wall (video 1:40), the lawn bed with a young maple inside the front fence, and the east drive from the exit gate. Back-left corner (owner-confirmed): the brown board dumpster enclosure is now at x 155–170, z 92–115 where the satellite shows it (about 10 ft north and 9 ft west of the earlier placement), with burgundy containers, an open gate leaf, the notice board, and the curved tree bed and twin-head light pole beside it. The earlier trace had put that bed and pole at the opposite end. Fence lines follow the satellite (rear about z 131, west about x −207…−214, east diagonal).
Estimates: stripe positions in parked rows (9 ft pitch), which stalls beside the aisles are accessible, the second container, enclosure height, curb radii, plant species and sizes. Storage / Sprinkler Room 120 (A101/A111, inside the centre passage) is unchanged.
## Front facade and roofline (goal step 4, first pass) — October 1, 2026
Street View (Dec 2025) straight-on panoramas were matched to model renders from the same pose. Each pano's position was calibrated on the gallery columns (Google's reported positions were about 10 ft too close to the building). Changes:
- Parapets: each wing has two flat-topped brick pediments, centred about 28 ft and 112.4 ft from the building centre. That is within 3 ft of the A201 positions (0.18 and 0.79 of each wing). Each is about 37 ft wide at the parapet line with a 9.5 ft flat top, sloped soldier coping and a herringbone brick inset. There is also a raised brick box with a curved shoulder at each wing's core end. The curved crown in the design drawing was not built and is removed. Heights: parapet line 4.1 ft and pediment tops 10.5 ft above the canopy. A201 scales to 9.6 ft and Street View to 11.4 ft, so ±1 ft. The end parapets now rise from the parapet height to a mid-depth peak.
- Front openings: every bay reads window–door–window, with the windows about 6.2 ft either side of the door and all about 3 ft wide. Previously the windows were 3 and 4 ft wide at uneven offsets. Each wall lantern sits about 3.1 ft east of its door on every floor. A stray window sill and panel that floated on solid brick in each front bay were removed, and the rear sills now align with the rear windows.
- Assumption: the rear facade repeats the front parapet, which is not visible in Street View. Rear openings are unchanged from the A101/video reading.
## Realism pass — October 1, 2026
The viewer now uses the same engine and CC0 assets as the Pinnacle model:
- Photo-scanned PBR textures from ambientCG and Poly Haven for brick, concrete, asphalt, lawn and mulch. Each is tinted so the documented colours hold.
- A Poly Haven partly-cloudy HDR sky (CC0). It is rolled so its sun sits at compass heading 260° (west-southwest), 48° up, and the shadow light matches it.
- Image-based lighting from the sky.
- Screen-space ambient occlusion (N8AO), skipped on phones.
Gallery canopies are now dark metal, as Street View shows; glass is semi-transparent with sky reflections. These are viewer effects: the GLB/OBJ keep solid colours. Sources and licences: Poly Haven "kloofendal_48d_partly_cloudy_puresky" (CC0) and ambientCG Bricks085, Road013A, Asphalt031, Grass004, WoodChips001 (CC0), as packaged for Pinnacle.
## Rooftop equipment — October 1, 2026
The registered satellite shows ten condenser clusters, one per bay (five on each wing), each about 12.5 ft by 5 ft in the middle of the roof (z about 26–32 ft). They read as three units each, which fits one condenser per apartment. They replace the five generic placeholder boxes per wing. Cluster positions: ±2 ft. Unit sizes and fan details are estimates.
## Note — rear parapet basis (October 1, 2026)
With the registration showing the rear facing 161° (south-southeast), A201's "South Elevation" is the rear facade. It shows the crown positions used here (0.18 and 0.79 of each wing), so the rear parapet is now drawing-supported rather than assumed. There is no Street View coverage of the rear or the lawn trail. The crown shape on the rear follows the front, which was surveyed: the drawing's curved crown was not built on the front, and the rear is unverified by photo.
## Owner answers — October 2, 2026
Carson: no furniture in any unit, and the third floor is the same as the second. All 2,340 furniture meshes are removed from the scene, GLB and OBJ (build.py `FURNISH=False` restores them). The third-floor layout, which repeats the second-floor A101 orientation, is now owner-confirmed rather than an assumption. Room anchors and walkthrough starts are unchanged.
## Owner answers — October 2, 2026 (second round)
- Unit numbers (Carson): looking at the building from 1st Street, units run 110 to 101 from left to right on the first floor, with 210–201 and 310–301 above. Unit 101 is therefore at the west (entrance) end and 110 at the east end. Study positions 1–10 map to x01–x10 on each floor, and the viewer now shows real unit numbers. The A101 accessibility-designated positions are units 103 and 108.
- The rear lawn is part of First & Main. It stays modelled as open lawn up to the trail. The paved trail's ownership was not asked, and it is shown as traced.
## Unit number plaques and interior photo check — October 2, 2026
A small dark plaque with the unit number now sits about 2.4 ft west of every front door, as in Street View. The numbers follow Carson's list (101–110 west to east, then 2xx and 3xx). The website gallery was re-checked against the interiors: grey vanity with speckled counter, dark-framed mirror, chrome towel bar, stacked laundry behind white doors, grey shaker kitchen with tapered hood and white backsplash, white ceiling fans, and black balcony rails with decorative collars. All are already modelled, and no interior geometry changed.
## Station-style presentation — October 2, 2026
At Carson's request, the page now follows The Station's model layout:
- The title sits top-left, the grouped controls on the right (Inspect, Camera, Places, Explore property, Focus unit) and the hint box bottom-left.
- A "2 wings / 30 condominiums" pill sits bottom-right, and the notes and downloads are folded into the panel.
Like The Station, the surroundings are shown as context outside the property. The timber railroad trestle along the west side is traced on the registered satellite (±3 ft). Its deck height (~32 ft) and bent spacing (~13 ft) follow The Station's Street View measurement of the same trestle. Low-poly woodland is shown east and south of the lawn trail, west of the trestle and north-east across 1st Street, outlined from the satellite with seeded, illustrative trees. The trestle is in the GLB, and the woods are viewer-only. Both hide with "Hide site".
## Central passage — October 2, 2026
Carson: the walkway between the units is concrete. The central passage between the wings (9.4 ft wide) is now a jointed concrete walk from the front sidewalk to the rear walk, and the front foundation bed is opened at its mouth. The storage/sprinkler room and the centre stairs sit on it, unchanged.
## Connecting to The Station — October 2, 2026
First & Main and The Station are both registered to 2026 Google satellite imagery. Mapping The Station's frame into First & Main's (Station A-local → its mosaic → lat/lng → First & Main) gives one rigid transform: rotation 93.84°, scale 1.0036, no mirroring, fit residual about 1 ft (`sources/satellite-20261001/station-to-fm.json`).
- Shared street: First & Main's Main Avenue and the bend into 1st Street now use The Station's measured centreline (75-ft arc). The Station's model covers the full length of Main Avenue, and its centreline sits on the satellite's road centre where First & Main's earlier estimate drifted by up to about 11 ft. The west end of 1st Street was re-fitted from the measured lane edges, and the walk inside the bend moved onto the real walk.
- Combined view: `combined.html` ("Main & 1st") loaded First & Main's model and The Station's live published data into one scene. Carson stopped this work on 2026-10-02; the page and its files were deleted from this folder in the review and are no longer published.
